A master engraver, he combined his work with his hobby, which was watchmaking. An amateur photographer, he began to take an interest in photography about 18 years ago. Tied to his city, he was emotionally involved in the renovation that was carried out over the years on the ruins of the castle. The picturesque location of the tower aroused the interest of the city as a “model” in the search for shapes, shades, and sharp contrasts of light and shade.
